NOTIZIE URGENTI PER ESPULSI, FERITI E DENUNCE

Per tutti coloro che sono stati espulsi dall'Italia

Bisogna mettersi urgentemente in contatto con la sede del Genoa Legal forum (c/o Legambiente) inviando una copia del provvedimento di espulsione via fax.
Bisogna indicare anche nome/cognome, indirizzo , numero di telefono, e-mail.
Gli avvocati del GLF provvederanno a redigere il ricorso che verrà spedito via fax o via e-mail, gli interessati dovranno sottoscrivere il ricorso e depositarlo al consolato italiano. E' importante che ciò avvenga entro 30 giorni dalla notifica del decreto,
altrimenti scadranno i termini.
Il ricorso è gratuito.

Per tutti coloro che sono stati feriti gravemente dalla polizia
Farsi visitare da un medico legale. Il medico legale è un dottore abilitato a fare un referto legale che ha valore giuridico in tribunale. Lo scopo della visita medico-legale è quello di accertare se la natura delle lesioni è compatibile con le cause riferite dal paziente.( per es. livido causato da colpi di manganelli). La visita è URGENTE e deve essere fatta prima che spariscano i segni evidenti delle percosse e delle lesioni. E importante anche fare delle fotografie. Una volta effettuata la visita medico-legale ci si puo mettere in contatto con il GLF per la preparazione delle denunce con gli avvocati italiani.
Chi vuole fare delle denunce per le percosse e le lesioni subite si deve mettere in contatto personalmente o anche tramite i loro legali con la sede del GLF che li mettera in contatto con gli avvocati penalisti italiani che seguono il caso.

URGENT NEWS FOR PEOPLE DEPORTED, INJURED AND THOSE WHO WANT TO SUIT ITALIAN POLICE

For those who have been deported

You have to contact Genoa Legal Forum urgently (seated in Legambiente) sending a copy of the expulsion provision via fax.
You also have to provide name, surname, address, telephone number and email. GLF lawyers will write down the appeal against the provision and send it back to you via fax or email, to be signed and consigned to the Italian Consulate. It's important that all this is done within 30 days from the notification of the expulsion decree, to have the possibility to appeal.
The appeal is for free.

For those who have been severely injured by Police

You have to be visited by a legal doctor. For legal doctor we mean a doctor who has the possibility to issue a legal document which can be brought to court. The aim of this visit is to clear out whether the nature of the injuries is consistent with the the cause specified by the injured ot not (e.g. bruise caused by a baton). The visit is URGENTLY needed and should be made before evident marks of the beatings and injuries disappear. It's also important to take pictures of the injuries. Once the medical visit has been completed, it's possible to contact the GLF for filing the complaint together with the Italian lawyers.

Those who wants to file a complaint for the beatings and injuries sustained have to contact personally or through their own lawyers the Genoa Legal Forum seat which will put them in direct contact with criminal lawyers following the case.
